Suing Your Lawyer

Yes, indeed, I had ample cause to sue my previous attorney, Linda Cooper. Yes, I was aware that there exists a one year filing deadline for doing this.

On that date, my domain at http://www.divorce-lake-county-ohio.com/ got a record number of hits - 88 hits - 4 times my normal number!

Gee, was she worried? I was keenly aware of many of her "tricks of the trade," since she used them AGAINST ME, as if I was the opposing party rather than the paying party - fabricating lies from various fragments of conversations, altering dates, and then selling them to the Court as "the whole truth" and writing me letters "memorializing" her lies to cover herself. (When your own lawyer lies to you, dump "it" early!)

After careful consideration of all my options, I have opted to write and publish articles and editorials about my experiences with her. After all, in a "just" system, truth can never be held to be "libelous," right?

Shall I file a formal grievance with the Ohio Bar, etc? Well, if she will likely only get a tap on the hand, if that, what's the point? When you file, they "gag" you to keep you from talking about your complaints.

Bottom line, I'd rather spout!
